JUDGE GARY OWENS
Judge Gary Owens was appointed to the Garfield County Justice Court in May 2016. Judge Owens is a lifelong resident of Garfield County. Judge Owens has loved the opportunity to live, work, and play in rural Utah. Judge Owens is retired from the State of Utah Rode Crew and currently works as a real estate agent, a part-time truck driver, and is an owner of Karla`s Diner. 9/17
