Mr. Winters holds Bachelorette degrees in Communications and Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah.  He has extensive experience in probate and family matters as well as business disputes (including contracts and employment/labor). As a real estate developer and General Contractor, he also understands construction and real estate related disputes. Sid is skilled at calming the high-stakes emotions that are involved in disagreements and works with disputants to come to a resolution that both parties can live with.  He is a gifted peacemaker.
