Jacky hold's two bachelor's degrees in both Political Science and Social Work from Weber State Univerity.  She has completed a 40-hour Basic Mediation Course and the Family Mediation Course offered at Utah State University. Jacky is a member of the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution, and the Independent Support Coordinator Association.  Currently, Jacky owns a Support Coordination company serving and advocating for Utah's special needs population. Her services include aiding her clients in living their best life. Supporting them to achieve independence and realize their dreams.
