Justin aspires to transform and bridge understanding between both parties while discovering options.  He believes conflict can be transformed into a positive process when parties are involved in their own decisions and solutions. 

Justin received his certification through Utah Dispute Resolution and graduated with a bachelor from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.  He has a diverse background working direct care in crisis intervention, wilderness therapy and in emergency services as a first responder.
