Heather Thomas received her mediation training through the University of Utah. She has also completed additional training in victim-offender mediation through the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She specializes in family conflict, neighborhood/community disputes, executive leadership and workplace conflicts and has experience in small claims court. She has a ground presence, is skilled at seeing possibilities for movement in deadlocked situations, and has over 20 years of community development experience.  She finds satisfaction in empowering people to make self-determined choices, and supporting all parties in achieving viable solutions.
