Heather Carter-Jenkins has been a licsensed attorney for over 16 years. She completed her basic mediation training originally in 2004 while at the J. Reuben Clark Law School. She completed basic mediation training and domestic mediation training through Utah Dispute Resolution in 2022.  She has utilized mediation as a solution for her clients throughout her practice and experience mediating divorce, custody, guardianship, adoption, probate, real estate, landlord tenant and contract cases. In addition to practicing law throughout Utah, she in actively licensed on multiple tribal courts in the State of Utah and throughout the country.
