Emily Webster hold a graduate degree in Educational Psychology, Counseling from the University of Connecticut (UCONN). In 2023, she completed her basic mediation training with Utah Dispute Resolution.  Emily's experience spans working with student-athletes in UCONN's Counseling Program for Intercollegiate Athletes department to family units at the marriage and family clinic.  She is competent in productive communication and parenting practices, as well as with neurodivergent children and adults.  Emily strives to implement her solution-focused techniques with her mediations in order to achieve the most equitable outcome.
