Darcy is an experienced lawyer and creative thinker. She has practiced since 2000 representing plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving government entities, civil rights, employment, personal injury, business disputes, and law enforcement. She was Chief Policy Advisor for the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office and Legal Director of the ACLU of Utah, and spent many years in private practice. She has a unique ability to gauge emotions and motivations, manage expectations, and facilitate collaborative, cost-effective solutions. Darcy completed her graduate certificate in mediation at the University of Utah in 2019.
