Adam Wahlquist is a shareholder at Kirton McConkie with 18 years of dispute resolution experience. He is an arbitrator on the FINRA and Dubai International Arbitration Centre Panels and has acted as counsel in arbitrations before AAA-ICDR, ICC, VIAC, and JAMS. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, real estate matters, construction conflicts, and business governance issues. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), he holds a Master's in International Dispute Settlement from the University of Geneva and has received specialized training as an arbitrator.  He teaches international arbitration at BYU Law School. He is admitted to practice in Utah and California.
