Dr. Henderson earned a bachelor's degree in Family Cultural Studies from Iowa State University, a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from William Howard Taft University. Joe was a two-time All-Conference and received All-American considerations while playing at Iowa State University. Drafter by the New Orleans Saints and the Birmingham Fire. Joe created a socio-economic board game and several leadership models. Joe worked as an administrator for several maximum juvenile correctional facilities and The Road Home in Salt Lake City. He is the president and owner of Next Level Personal Training, The Life Card Coaching Systems, The Life Card Board Game, and Joe Henderson and Associates.
