Dwight S. Adams graduated from Weber State University with B.A.s in Philosophy and English. He worked for 2.5 years as a CRLA Certified Master Tutor, with a primary responsibility for helping students to communicate effectively and discover their own solutions. To continue work in these areas, Mr. Adams received mediation training from Utah Dispute Resolution in 2019. He has experience in Small Claims Court mediation and extensive experience in casual, educational, and professional settings helping people express their goals concerns constructively. Mr. Adams is passionate about helping people find solutions that are satisfactory to all parties involved.
