Raelene Blocker is a proud wife, and mother of four beautiful children. she grew up on a small farm in rural Utah. Raelene graduated from BYU with a degree in International Relations, served a mission to Spain for her church, and years later graduated with a Master of Legal Studies from SJ Quinney College of Law. She also completed mediation training with Utah Dispute Resolution. Raelene currently serves on multiple boards and committees. Being involved and caring for the people in her community is important to her. She is actively involved with International Rescue Committee helping refugees.
