Mr. Rose has been trained in mediation at the Brigham Young School of Law by master mentors, and where he also gained his law degree. He has worked in law enforcement for 22+ years and has gained invaluable insight into what motivates people and in dealing with conflict. His goal is to help you identify the underlying issues involved and to assist the parties in finding a cost-effective alternative to litigation that meets their needs.
