Cherie C. Gleave sought mediation training after a painful custody dispute in the Hawaii courts. In the best case scenarios, not only is court often expensive and lengthy, but court disputes seem to often bring out the very word 'dispute' in the participants. Mediation often provides a better suited environment for cooperation. Cherie graduated from Brigham Young University, holds a Master's in School Counseling and attended BYU for her basic mediation training.
