Daniel has been a licensed attorney since 2001. He has been in private practice his entire career with a strong emphasis in divorce, paternity, custody, termination of parental rights, and adoption cases. He has actively prosecuted hundreds of multi-day trials in family law, trust litigation, and his entire career has involved trial experience. He has been twice named to the Utah Legal Elite in Family Law and Civil Litigation. He now focuses exclusively on arbitration and estate planning.
