America Francis (Herriman, UT) earned a B.S. from BYU in Marriage, Family, and Human Development. After her internship in Washington D.C., she helped mediator Stan Posthumus write a conflict resolution book. America managed 40 apartments in the San Francisco area for 3 1/2 years. She earned a Montessori credential and worked in schools. She stared a small educational games business in 2012 and got her Mortgage Loan Originator License in 2017. America completed her mediation training at BYU's law school in 2019. Her areas of expertise include Family, Landlord/Tenant, Education, and Community.
