Mr. Meads is a collaborative attorney, arbitrator and mediator in St. George. He has been a member of the Utah Bar since 1990, beginning his mediation practice in Utah and Salt Lake Counties in 1999 after completing his training with renowned California mediator Forrest Woody Mosten. Since that time, Brad has mediated hundreds of cases focusing primarily on family and domestic issues, real estate, landlord/tenant and contract disputes. His arbitration skills extend to real property, nuisance, consumer agreements and business associations. Formerly Special Counsel and Legal Adviser, FBI, Washington, D.C., Brad's experience ranges from government attorney to General Counsel for not-for-profit organizations.
