D'Arcy Dixon-Pignanelli currently volunteers as a mediator for small claims cases and landlord tenant disputes. Ms. Dixon has over 25 years budget and administrative experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Ms. Dixon formerly served as a Utah State Tax Commissioner where she standardized the mediation program and mediated residential and commercial property tax appeals to the Utah State Tax Commission. She is a former public member of the Utah State Bar appointed by the Utah Supreme Court and completed her mediation training with the Utah Dispute Resolution Center.
