Joe has been practicing law and mediation since 2006.  He combines his knowledge of the law with his ability to help others resolve disputes peacefully to gain favorable outcomes for the parties for whom he mediates.  Joe has a degree in psychology and law and studied negotiation and mediation in law school and received his mediation training with Utah Dispute Resolution starting in 2013.  Joe works equally well with parties who are not represented by attorneys as well as those who are represented by attorneys.  Joe prefers to conduct mediations in person, and he is also available to mediate via video conferencing.
