Roshan Richards has mediated for over 10 years and specializes in cases involving divorce, custody, and probate; business, commercial and contract; landlord/tenant, neighborhood, and community; real estate, construction, and contract; and, small claims, education, and insurance. After receiving a master's degree in Forensic Psychology in 2010, she worked for several years as a victim's advocate for the Provo Police Department for victims of sexual assault, stalking, domestic violence, and then for the Utah County Attorney's Office as a victim witness coordinator. In addition to in-depth work in both civil and criminal cases, Roshan has extensive employment history within the mortgage industry, education, and as a land and business owner.
