Judge Sandi F. Clemens was appointed to the Third District Juvenile Court by Governor Spencer J. Cox in June 2024. She serves Salt Lake, Summit, and Tooele counties. Judge Clemens received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Weber State University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. Following law school, Judge Clemens worked as an assistant attorney general in the Child Protection Division at the Utah Attorney General’s Office, working in various judicial districts in the State. Judge Clemens served as the Section Director for the Salt Lake Child Protection Division from March 2020 until July 2021.     4/25
