Judge Alex Goble was appointed to the Sixth District Juvenile Court in August, 2022 by Governor Spencer Cox. He serves Sanpete, Sevier, Piute, Wayne, Garfield and Kane counties. Judge Goble received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah, SJ Quinney College of Law.  He was a practicing attorney from 2009 until his appointment.  Prior to his appointment, Judge Goble served as the Deputy San Juan County Attorney in the Seventh District and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Welfare Division for Grand and San Juan Counties.  Before practicing in the Seventh District he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division throughout every District in Utah, and as a prosecutor for Salt Lake City.  He has been active with Drug Court programs since 2016 including Family and Adult Drug Court. 2/2023
