JUDGE ANGELA ADAMS MACKAY

Judge Angela Adams MacKay was appointed to the Fifth District Juvenile Court in May, 2024 by Governor Spencer J. Cox. She serves Washington, Iron, and Beaver counties. Judge Adams MacKay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Utah State University and a law degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School. She worked as a Guardian ad Litem Attorney in the Fourth and Fifth Districts from 1998 until 2003. She then prosecuted delinquency cases in juvenile court for the Washington County Attorney’s Office and had a private adoption practice, from 2003 until her appointment to the bench. She served on the Juvenile Justice Oversight Executive Committee from 2021 until 2024.               7/24
