JUDGE BRIAN D. BOLINDER

Judge Brian D. Bolinder was appointed to the Seventh District Court in November 2023 by Governor Spencer J. Cox. He serves Carbon, Emery, Grand, and San Juan counties. Judge Bolinder graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Utah in 2002. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2006. After graduating from law school, Judge Bolinder was an attorney at the law firm of Suitter Axland until 2011. From 2011 to his judicial appointment, Judge Bolinder was a shareholder at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson. Judge Bolinder also served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Salt Lake City Justice Court from 2016 until his judicial appointment. He is a past chair of the Construction Section of the Utah State Bar.    2/24
