I have received a jury questionnaire, or have received a notice for jury service. What do I do?

Please do not ignore these notices. Although in-person jury trials are not being conducted in counties currently under the Red Phase, a pool of jurors needs to be maintained. Please fill out and return the questionnaire, and respond to the notice if asked to.

When we prepare to return to in-person jury trials, please know that we are taking steps to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved. You can read more about these steps in our Pandemic Response Plan.

Our court staff are understanding of situations that may arise. If you are feeling unwell, or believe that you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, please contact your court as soon as possible.
