If your case was automatically expunged, you can get certified copies of the expungement order and the case history. Fill out this form:
Present it to the court where your case was filed.
You will need to prove to the court that you are who you say you are (usually this means you will need to show government-issued identification.
If you do not have your case number the court might not be able to find your case.
If yes login to My Court Case. You should be able to see your expunged case online. It will show as "Case Expunged."
If you answered no to all of the questions above, it will be much harder to get a copy of your case history or expungement order.
