Dr. Elizabeth Estes brings to the table years of research studying conflict resolution practices and a myriad of lived experiences and perspectives. Her knowledge of culture, social norms, and the roles they play in creating sustainable resolutions are what sets her apart from other mediators. Not only does Dr. Estes hold a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution for Nova Southeastern University, but she is also a court-rostered mediator and a Utah State Facilitator for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). She is a passionate about empowering people through education. It is this passion that makes her an effective mediator and facilitator.
