McVicker serves as a neutral party to help parties come to fair resolutions that take into consideration the unique aspects of each case. She believes that mediation produces better outcomes for parties when they work together to resolve issues than court proceeding where the judge simply does not have the time to understand the underlying interests and issues of each case. 

McVicker holds a BA from Yale University. She has provided conflict resolution services in a wide variety of disputes.  All cases will be held via zoom unless otherwise necessary.
