Erin E. Byington became an attorney in 2011, after completion of her J.D. from the University of Utah. Erin has broad experience in various areas of law, including but not limited to family law, probate, government employee and military personnel issues, and commercial law. Her mediation and arbitration experience began in law school, attending a course in mediation and negotiations, and continued thereafter by regularly participating in mediations and arbitrations. Erin has also taken part in hundreds of hearings in family law, probate, and commercial litigation, along multiple bench and jury trials.
