Having been a mortgage banker for over 25 years, my associations with people have been with all income levels and situations. I have a keen sense of real estate contracts and deadlines. Assisting folks in those unfortunate times due to job loss, a change in familiar circumstances or the restructuring of debt equitably and fairly is a specialty of mine. Dividing up property, equity and debts is a personal stressful thing, hopefully my experience can assist folks in coming to self-determined decisions during life's challenging times. Additionally, I volunteer mediate in small claims in Salt Lake and Park City.
