Professionally, Cheryl has over two decades of experience as a Utah State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Biology from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. Cheryl has experience in dispute resolution of real property, landlord tenant, HOA, disability/IEP, contract, small claims, community disputes and corporate matters.
