My training and experience includes formal training in Legal Studies with an emphasis in Domestic Law, Contracts and Business Transactions; and thirty-one years negotiating high-dollar, multi-national contracts for Global Corporations and Financial Institutions. That experience included the negotiations that occur when there was a breach of contract, when emotions ran especially high. I became quite adept at working through the emotions and claims to find a solution that benefited my employer and our partner, vendor or customers. It is now my pleasure to do the same for those who find themselves in such a position.
