Shirl LeBaron has practiced Domestic and Family law for decades. He became a Utah Court Rostered Mediator in 2017. Mr. LeBaron has conducted or participated in over a hundred mediations. 

Shirl was trained in basic mediation skills from Utah Dispute Resolution and Domestic Mediation from Susan Bradshaw, Master Mediator. He was a Juvenile Court Judge.

Mr. LeBaron is a hands-on mediator; using his expertise in the law, his listening and facilitating skills as well as his calm demeanor to help parties reach resolution. Shirl, with his vast years of experience, also uses risk “assessment(s)” or “reality checks” in sharing his opinions on how the court may rule on a contested issue(s), which has been helpful. 

Mediations can be scheduled by contacting the office and can usually be scheduled within 3 weeks.
