JUDGE GARY D. STOTT

JUDGE GARY D. STOTT - Judge Gary D. Stott is an Active Senior Judge. He was appointed to the Fourth District Court in January 1997 by Gov. Michael O. Leavitt and served Juab, Millard, Utah, and Wasatch counties. Judge Stott graduated from Brigham Young University and received a law degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1968. Prior to his appointment to the bench, he was a senior shareholder/director with the law firm of Richards, Brandt, Miller & Nelson. Judge Stott is also a member of the Wyoming Bar Association and past president of the Central Utah Bar Association. Judge Stott has served as the presiding judge of the Fourth District Court and was a two-term member of the Judicial Council. He was chair of the Judicial Council's Policy and Planning Committee and vice-chair of the Council. Updated 10/21/21
