JUDGE DANALEE WELCH-O DONNAL
Judge Danalee Welch-O'Donnal was appointed to the Grand County Justice Court in December 2019. Prior to her appointment to the bench, Judge Welch-O'Donnal worked as a paralegal for the Grand County Attorney's Office for nearly 15 years, working on both civil and criminal matters. During her career at the County Attorney's Office she became certified with the Utah State Bar as a certified paralegal. Judge Welch-O'Donnal has attended Utah State University, worked at the local elementary school as a paraeducator in Special Education, and spent many years serving as a volunteer leader for 4H horse youth groups.
