Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Pilot Project

The State of Utah is piloting the use of online dispute resolution (ODR) in small claims cases at select courts throughout the state.

The courts currently participating in this pilot are:

  • Carbon County Justice Court
  • East Carbon Justice Court
  • Grand County Justice Court
  • Lehi Justice Court
  • Lindon Justice Court
  • Morgan Justice Court
  • Orem City Justice Court
  • Payson Justice Court
  • Sandy Justice Court
  • Sunset Justice Court
  • Wasatch Justice Court
  • Wellington Justice Court
  • West Jordan Justice Court
  • West Valley City Justice Court
