Rule 4-408. Locations of trial courts of record.

Intent:
To designate locations of trial courts of record.
Applicability:
This rule shall apply to all trial courts of record.
Statement of the Rule:
(1) Each county seat and the following municipalities are hereby designated as locations of trial courts of record: American Fork; Bountiful; Cedar City; Layton; Orem; Roosevelt; Salem; Spanish Fork; and West Jordan.
(2) The following unincorporated areas of a county are designated as locations of trial courts of record: the Silver Summit area of Summit County.
(3) Subject to limitations imposed by law, any trial court of record may hold court in any location designated by this rule.
