Ethics Opinions: Court Interpreter Conduct

Ethics Opinions

Caution: Ethics opinions regarding conduct by court interpreters are provided by the General Counsel for the Administrative Office of the Courts, for some of the questions posed by court interpreters. Interpreters are advised that compliance with these opinions does not guarantee that the Interpreter Advisory Panel will necessarily interpret and apply ethics rules in a similar manner, in future disciplinary matters reviewed by the Panel.

The Utah State Courts mission is to provide the people an open, fair, efficient, and independent system for the advancement of justice under the law.
