Steven E. Daniels, Ph.D., specializes in assisting with multi-party decision situations using a blend of facilitation and mediation techniques. Much of his work, since the early 1990's, has been helping federal resource management agencies (Forest Service, Army Corp of Engineers, US Fish and Wildlife Service, etc.) forge decisions in complex and controversial situations. He has also worked with other kinds of organizations (hospitals, universities, public relations firms, etc.) to resolve longstanding disputes and enact meaningful organizational innovation. Steve taught at USU for over 20 years and has lectured/instructed in collaborative conflict management at 16 universities in the US, Europe, and Africa.
