Daniel E. Maxwell earned his Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah in 2019. He has successfully mediated cases in the Holladay, Sandy, and Lehi Justice Courts, as well as phone-based mediations for out-of-state parties. Daniel holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin. He works as an analyst for the Department of justice and has experience living and working overseas, including diplomatic assignment. Daniel has a keen sensitivity to cultural differences, speaks multiple languages and espouses a committed and compassionate approach to resolving conflicts. Speaks Mandarin Chinese
