James A (Jim) McIntyre, BA Grinnell College 1965; LLM University of Texas 1968 (Order of the Peregrinus), Inactive Member Texas State Bar (13682000-suspended/NP-MCLE), Active Emeritus Member Utah Bar (2196). Jim currently practices with the firm of McIntyre & Golden, P.C. as a litigation lawyer. Over the past 50 years he has represented various labor unions, prosecuted civil rights cases, represented real property title companies, retail businesses, and individuals both at trial and through the appellate courts. Jim has handled hundreds of family law cases involving custody, marital property, and alimony. Jim brings his substantial experience to the mediation table.
