Julie regularly mediates on a volunteer basis with the Utah Court System. She resolves cases dealing with workplace conflict and human resources, contracts, drawing upon her experience as a Starbucks manager for close to two decades. She also mediates family and neighborhood disputes. Having graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of Utah, Julie is passionate about embracing conflict in a positive, calm, and respectful way with a mindset of preserving relationships. Strong interpersonal, relationship building, coaching/mentoring and analytical skills come very naturally to her.
