Martha McCowin completed mediation training through Utah Dispute Resolution and currently mediate debt/loan, property, landlord/tenant, consumer/merchant, contract, and accident disputes. She recently finished domestic mediation training at the University of Utah and has begun her domestic mentorship and practicum with Utah Dispute Resolution. In addition, she is a member of the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution. Martha believes strongly in the forward-looking process of mediation and is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for clients where they can honestly and creatively share their differing perspectives, problem solve, and find common ground.

Maximum Fee:$75.00/hour 
Location:As arranged by parties
