Greg mediates a wide range of civil disputes throughout the state, focusing particularly on personal injury, employment, divorce, contract, partnership, and other business/commercial disputes. Greg has a great amount of experience in civil litigation and is ranked among Utah's Legal Elite, names a Mountain States Super Lawyer, and has an AV, preeminent, ranking from Martindale-Hubble. Greg understands the emotion involved in litigation and is adept at solving problems and bringing parties together. Because of his statewide practice, Greg travels to most counties in the state free of charge. Greg received his mediation training at Pepperdine University's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and the Department of Justice National Advocacy Center.
