Mr. Mansell offers 25 years extensive experience in the areas of real estate, contract disputes, domestic, landlord-tenant, commercial, financial, and family law matters. He has worked as an officer of a successful real estate firm and mortgage brokerage, as well as retail concerns. He holds a BS degree in Communication from the University of Utah, postgraduate mediation certification from UDR. Mr. Hansell is a member of the Utah State Bar ADR section, licensed Utah real estate Principle Broker, licensed Lending Manager, and an active volunteer in the conflict and dispute resolution community.
