Colleen Packer received her Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah. She has mediated cases in small claims court, including some landlord/tenant issues. She has also mediated truancy issues in educational settings. Colleen has completed additional training in restorative justice and victim-offender mediation. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication (University of Utah) focusing on interpersonal communication, conflict management, intercultural communication, and family communication. Colleen works in the Ogden area, and is willing to travel along the Wasatch Front.
