I have 17 years experience as corporate counsel and extensive experience in complex commercial litigation in areas such as shareholder, partnership and employee disputes, commercial agreements (buy-sell, NDA and non-compete), construction and contract disputes. In addition, I have several years of experience in estate and trust disputes. Since 2005 I have served as an Arbitrator for FINRA. In 2012 I completed mediation training at UDR. |
