He has served as arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the Better Business Bureau beginning in 1979. He has received basic and advanced arbitrator training from AAA and by BBB. He currently arbitrates and mediates in private practice. He is chair of the Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct, and is a member of the Bar's Fee Dispute Resolution Committee. He has extensive service to the Bar as chair of the Dispute Resolution and Corporate Counsel Sections. |
