Virginia Sokolowsky is a mediator with experience in Divorce, Custody, Parent-time, Paternity, Parent/Teen, and Landlord/Tenant mediation. She has mediated at the Fourth District Small Claims Courts (two internships), at the Justice Courts, at the Center for Conflict Resolution at BYU, and in her own mediation practice. She has degrees in English and Behavioral Science/Psychology, with an emphasis in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her diverse education has engendered skills that help her to analyze issues, address details, and see alternatives, while keeping in mind the human side of problems to be solved. Virginia helps clients to maintain an emotionally safe environment so that they can discuss options calmly and openly and find the best solutions.
