Virginia Sokolowsky is a mediator with experience in Divorce, Custody, Parent-Time, Paternity, Parent/Teen, and Landlord/Tenant mediation. She has mediator at the Fourth District Small Claims Court (two internships), at the Justice Courts, at the BYU Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution, and in her own mediation practice. She has degrees in English and Behavioral Science/Psychology, with an emphasis in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her diverse education has engendered skills that help her to analyze issues, address, details, and see alternatives, while keeping in mind the human side of problems to be solved. Virginia helps clients to maintain an environment in which they can discuss options calmly and openly to find the best solutions.
